Welcome to No Guilt Bars. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We've kept it as plain as we can.

Who we are

This website is operated by No Guilt Bars, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. "We," "us," and "our" refer to No Guilt Bars. "You" refers to you, the customer or visitor.

Products and orders

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, packaging, and small batch-to-batch variation can occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase — we reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll be refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable Canadian taxes (GST, HST, or PST depending on your province) are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our other supported payment providers.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Allergens and health

Our bars contain soy and may contain milk and tree nuts depending on the variety. Allergen information is on every product page and on the package. If you have allergies, please read carefully before ordering. Our products are food, not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before changing your diet.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, logos, and design on this site are owned by No Guilt Bars and are protected by Canadian and international copyright. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to do anything illegal, harmful, or in violation of someone else's rights. Don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may suspend or terminate access if you do.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an effective date.
