Meet the makers.
Two immigrants who love good food and keep things simple.
I'm Leslie. I first started making chocolate in 2014, in my home country, and I ran a small keto chocolate business there for years. Now I and my husband Ben are restarting that craft in Canada — one handmade bar at a time.
We make sugar-free chocolate the way we'd want to eat it: real cocoa, real cocoa butter, no maltitol, no artificial sweeteners, no shortcuts. Sweetened with erythritol, inulin, and a touch of stevia — nothing else.
We make every batch by hand in Toronto. We test every flavour ourselves before it ships. If you wouldn't enjoy it, we don't sell it.
