Shipping policy
We ship from Toronto, Canada. Orders placed before noon ET on a business day usually go out the same day; anything later ships the next business day. Once your order is on its way you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in Canada. We do not ship internationally yet — if you're outside Canada and would like our bars, email us and we'll see what we can do.
How long it takes
Delivery time depends on the carrier and your address. Within Ontario, most orders arrive in 2–3 business days. The rest of Canada usually takes 3–7 business days. Northern and remote postal codes may take longer.
Shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. We don't mark up shipping — you pay what the carrier charges us.
Hot weather and melting
Chocolate doesn't love hot weather. From May to September we ship with insulated mailers, and we try to time orders to avoid weekends in transit. Despite this, melting can happen on the way to you.
If your bar arrives melted, broken, or otherwise damaged, email us within 14 days at leslie@noguiltbars.com and we'll replace it — no questions, no photos required.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll email you to arrange reshipment — you'll be responsible for the second shipping charge.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, or if it shows delivered but you haven't received it, email us. We'll open a trace with the carrier and figure out next steps.
