Return and refund policy
If your bar arrives melted, broken, or damaged in any way, email us at leslie@noguiltbars.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll replace it or refund you — no questions, no photos required.
If you change your mind about an unopened order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. To start a return, email us with your order number. Opened bars cannot be returned for food-safety reasons.
We do not accept returns on items marked Final Sale.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return (or, for damage claims, within 5 business days of approving your claim).
Exchanges
If you'd like a different flavour instead of a refund, just tell us when you email — we'll send out a replacement.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your tracking shows the parcel was delivered, we can't replace lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows a problem in transit, email us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
